Hi! I’m Jainender and I teach Math. Thanks to my passion for math, I secured the top position in my college and started my career in the banking sector. Soon after, I started teaching as a part-time occupation and turned it into a full-time profession within a few years. I enjoy teaching math because it gives me joy to be a part of my students’ academic success. That is why I have spent the last 20 years teaching math. My focus in math continues to be on laying a strong foundation for students so that they are well equipped for more advanced concepts.

Teaching Experience

 

I believe in the extensive practice of solving problems. With my experience of preparing test papers for various grade levels, I always ensure that my students have a taste of all kinds of numerical problems. I share solved questions (correct and incorrect solutions) with my students and as I explain the solution step by step, I also engage students in pointing out issues with the solutions. Further, I work on explaining trigonometry and algebra concepts using graphs and diagrams. This helps the students understand them in concrete terms.

In trignometry, we should always make a diagram, and mark the data provided on it. It helps to understand the problem and think in proper direction to solve the question.

We need to learn the basics, PEMDAS rule. Once we master this, we can solve the polynomial questions easily.

In algebra, if the formulas are known. And we proceed to solve step by step, we can easily get the correct answers.

Need to learn the formulas by heart. And apply to the given questions. We need to take care of units given in the question.

Focused approach is needed to identify numbers and patterns. These can involve addition, multiplication, division patterns in the series.
