About me

I am a Biotechnology Engineer with Honors from University of Rajasthan having 11 years of experience, both academic and non-academic. I started my career as a Junior Research Fellow at R&D, Ranbaxy where I conducted ames mutagenicity assay on E. Coli, worked on production of secondary metabolites and detection of potential antibiotic resistant strains. I worked as an executive assistant to CEO for Drivz India. Then, I moved to Abbott, US Pharmaceutical giant as a Therapy Business Manager where I was responsible for Product Management, Brand Positioning, Promotion of Brands and coordinating people of different spheres involved with the company to drive sales of company and in turn contributing to the growth of the company. Then after having a brief stint for about a year and a half with leading insurance corporation of India, I plunged into online education. Since, then I have remained associated with this beautiful medium of knowledge sharing which doesn't care for any boundation.

Teaching Experience

I started teaching the students of high School and colleges a decade and a half back in the form of voluntary teaching. Those students mostly could not solve a particular problem of Mathematics or could not understand a concept of Biology. I entered professional offline teaching after I realized that many students who approached me were scoring good marks through rote learning and as a result they were getting stumbled if there was any deviation from the normal pattern of questioning. I started working on the clarity of concepts. During my offline teaching period, I taught Biology to students of high schools and colleges, Basic Science to mid-level to high school students, Mathematics to mid-level to high school students,and Engineering Mathematics to a few engineering students. The score of almost all the students improved significantly in all the subjects, and the engineering students who were having backlogs for several years passed the pertinent subject. The students whom I taught offline were from CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) board which is considered to be among the toughest of boards in the world. From 2016, I started my online teaching journey. US educational giant, Chegg was the first organization to give me a break as a Managed Network Expert, MNE in Biology and Nursing. As MNE, I used to solve problems posted by students on Expert Q & A where I mostly had 5 stars with respect to quality, concept, and presentation of the solutions. Later on, I was assigned to work as a Textbook Solution Expert where I solved problems of textbook. Besides Chegg, I am working for Expertsmind Pvt Ltd, a New York based educational organization as a Domain Expert assisting undergraduate, graduate, and even researchers in their research work, assignment, and projects in area of Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Pharmacology, Mathematics, Statistics, and Management. Intermittently, I also guide students offline.
