Hi! I am Shubham, and I love teaching Biology.

 

I have been an avid observer of nature, and my hobbies included observing plants and birds in the park, and watching documentaries about them. This was even before I was introduced to biology in school.

 

In college, I had the privilege to work on topics of my interest such as, “Bioethanol produced from Escherichia coli and its Co-culture”, and “Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy”. I also learned hands-on about various types of lab tests during my internships which gave me a better idea about cell structure and its transformation.

 

I love to teach my students about the various aspects of life and living systems of animals, plants, and human beings.

Teaching Experience

I aim to get my students to imbibe the topics in exhaustive ways. So, I explain each relevant aspect of any given topic at length. I particularly enjoy satiating the curiosity of my students. That is why I always encourage them to ask questions.

 

As far as possible, I use visual tools like diagrams and get them active by observing the biological processes around them. This complements the theory well, and the knowledge is retained better.

 

In the end, I aim to get them prepared for exams, so I get them to revise the topics and take mock tests from time to time as well.
