Teaching Experience

I had a teaching experience of 4 years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology. I also have taught Biology students of NEET UG level. I also teach on youtube.

In Isomerism, I will teach tricks to determine the RS configuration of chiral compound having one and two asymmetric centre.

I will teach why DNA replicates only once per cell cycle.

The very basic questions arises here which I will deal is that what are the different criterion by which living organism can be distinguished from non-living organism.

Here in the chapter of respiration I will teach that chemiosmotic hypothesis will explain the ATP formation by ATP Synthase.

I will teach skeletal muscle contraction and relaxation mechanism explained by Huxley Sliding mechanism, which uses Calcium to unmask the ATP binding site on troponin protein which bind ATP to use energy to cause the breaking of cross-bridge formation during Sliding behaviour of myosin over actin.

Here I will teach Gram staining to distinguish between different types of Bacteria and categorize them into Gram positive and Gram negative Bacteria.

I will teach that Blue-white screening technique will help to distinguish recombinant cell from non-recombinant.
