to get there you need at least three level 8's. To get one level 8, you need at least 3 level 7's. And so on and so forth until you are at level 1. The trick though is that if I have 5 of a certain level, I can make 2 of the next. If I have 8, I can make 3. How many level 1's would i need to make a level 9, using the fewest possible level 1's?
work easier. I have several problems: a) I dont have any ideas on machines. B) I need help really in general. So far i have 7 examples them being a wheelbarrow, a pulley, a ramp, an ax(e) and a hockey stick. I was wondering if you could help me explain how they make work easier. Also, I'm having trouble identifying the input and ouput forces on these machines. Please help. Btw, im grade 8.

A page will open up which contains information on Apple, including interactive charts which allow you to see the movements in Apple's stock price over a selected period of time. Also included are Apple's most recent financial statements. Find the most recent financial statement information (not the 2008 information that is contained in the solution posted on the Blackboard site). Activity A2-4 then asks 10 questions about information that is contained in the financial statements. For example, question #7 asks what the annual dividend is on Apple stock. Take turns finding the answers to these questions until all 10 questions have been answered. Then think about whether you would invest money in Apple stock right now. Do you think it is over or under-priced? Why?
