5.hI I need help with a FINITE MATH question. In a survey of high school graduates, it was found that
if a graduate went on to college full time, there was a 23% chance that they would work at the same time. If a graduate attended college part time, there was a 79% chance that they would work at the same time. If a high school graduate didn't go on to college, there was a 93% chance that they would work. At the time of the survey, 66% of high school graduates attended college full time and 20% of high school graduates attended college part time. If a randomly selected high school graduate worked, what is the probability that they attended college full time? Enter your answer in decimal form and round to four decimal places if necessary. You may want to look at pages 42 through 45 in the notes (videos 30 through 32).
If a randomly selected high school graduate worked, probability that they attended college full time =
7.Hello guys, I confess that I absolutely suck at math. Unfortunately my boss handed me what is basically a math
lly a math problem I gotta solve, and I have no idea how to do it cause of lack of my math skills. I am hoping someone can help me with this or I'm screwed.
Co basically I've got this table in excel, where X (row) is a width and Y is a height (column) of a wooden sauna cabin, the X;Y is the price for a sauna with said dimensions. I need to find a relationship between the size of the sauna and the price And formulate ani equation. I can't seem to find it, the price seems to grow non linearly, I can't seem to find any coeficient. Again, I suck at math, maybe solution is simple, but I just don't see it. Can anyone help me please?
Table Is at this link https://ibb.co/fGrxSvf . Thanks for any help!
11.Hello, I have a problem calculating probability for a certain thing that happened. I'll try and make it sound like
it sound like a math problem.
The problem :
What are the chances of a 4 sided die landing on 1 twice and on 2 twice out of 4 rolls. The solution I came up with originally was (2/4) x (2/4) x (2/4) x (2/4) . Which I realized was wrong as this allowed the die to land on 1 four times in a row. So then I came up with this soultion (which i still think is wrong) (2/4) x (2/4) x (1/4) x (1/4) . So the reasoning behind this is : The first roll obviously has a 50% chance to roll on either 1 or 2. Second roll is the same. BUT, lets say both of them land on 1, and now it HAS to land on 2 the remaining two times. So my problem is with the current solution that I have is what if the die lands on 1 on the first roll, then on two for the second one. then the third roll would still have a 2/4 AKA a 50% chance of landing on either one. I'm sure the last roll is 1/4 but I just dont know if the order matters on the rolls. This has been driving me crazy the last hour. Please help if you can thanks
19.Hi! I got a 23 composite on my first ACT (30E 18M 22S 24R) I want to end up with
ch is a big jump. I need help with strategizing the science and reading sections so I can finish. I will also need that help with Math but I also need to learn a lot of content. How many hours would you recommend? I am willing to put in work outside of tutoring to take as many practice tests as possible. My twin brother got an 18 Composite and wants to raise it to a 29 C. Do you do group sessions?
21.Hi, I've been trying to figure out what should be the simplest of formulas for over an hour now. Take
e a look at this spreadsheet so I can properly explain:
Ok, so for the sake of simplicity We'll just go with row two here. Cell A2 represents the hours worked freelancing, where B2 is for the minutes of the recorded time frame. C2 is the net amount earned in that time. Over in cell N10 I need to figure out an equation using the =SUM() function (treats it as a normal math problem) where it prints the hourly income based on those three integers. I'll admit i was never great at math, but in my defense I've been up since 6 am yesterday (currently 3 pm) and have been running solely on caffiene and nicotine haha... The sheet is editable and I can see any changes you make in realtime. Is there any way you could help me out on this one? It's for a work report type thing.
I am a father of two children, one in the IB DP now, and the other is in 9th grade.
oking for an online math and SAT/ACT tutor, possibly an IB Math tutor as well.
My children are native English speakers, but go to an international school. They are looking to attend an English speaking school for the university.
Can you please let me know the price range I am expected to pay per hour? Also, I haven’t had some of the best experiences in the past with someone claiming that they could help with SAT only to find out that they weren’t qualified. At this point, I will need a way to demonstrate your expertise as an SAT or ACT tutor. Also, for IB Math, if you are able to do both.
I look forward to hearing from you. Just to let you know, I have other friends looking for a similar tutor. Please make sure to send your CV, and a personal statement if you have one, so I can better understand your teaching/tutoring philosophy better.
Oh yes, where are you located for time zone differences?
28.Hi! My name is Shance and I am starting college in the Fall term. I completed my A.A around 10
ago but due to complication, the school is requesting I take a math course. I have two entrance exams to take, and they're timed. Was wondering if to save time, would it be possible to just get the solutions instead of having it explained to me? I have a exam that is due today around noon my time (EST), and one scheduled for tomorrow. The school is also requesting to speak to me beforehand to make sure that I understand the materials. I would also need help with that. The phone call shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Once I know that you're able to help me, I will schedule an appointment.

39.I Need a tutor who is experienced in teaching Core plus math course 3. Need explanation and practice of question
of question from the chapter. If the student shows progress it is very likely that we will need at least weekly tutoring.
The Topic is inequalities and linear programming.
Please find attached the material:
-cmic unit is the chapter they are studying,
- Core linear programming is questions on the chapter.
- U2 Exam. will need help in answering the questions:
Please read the material carefully and tell me how much time is needed to make the best use of this time to explain the and go over the examples.
How long it takes to have the student review her work with you.
