. I'm really close to completing it and I'm really stuck on this one situation and I don't know how to solve it. So right now I'm making a guessing game and every time you play the program tells the user how many guesses it took for them to get the answer. And what I need to do is to make sure that I get and isolate the lowest amount of guess and put it into the statistics function so that way it can print out the lowest amount of guesses that I got. Right now it isn't working and I really don't know why as it seems to be mostly adding up all the guesses until the last few. Here's my code: #include #include #include #include void haiku(){ printf("Welcome to the game.\n"); printf("Guess a number within range.\n"); printf("Win cool prizes here.\n\n"); } int compare(int guessiso){ int lowestvalue=0; int biggervalue=0; if(guessisooperand){ printf("It's lower.\n"); count++; isolatedcount++; } else if(user0){ lowguess=compare(x); x=one_game(count); count=x; printf("Do you want to play again?\n"); scanf("%d",&usertwo); userthree=usertwo; gamecount++; } statistics(gamecount,x,lowguess); }

a one million square foot warehouse that they have recently developed. In typical Wal-Mart fashion, they have given you a “take it, or leave it” final offer. The terms are: Purchase Price: \$165 million Facility Size 1,000,000 SF Lease Term 7 years Rent \$7 PSF NNN Operating Expenses Wal-Mart (tenant) pays all operating expenses, utilities, and property taxes (owner pays none) Renewal Options 7-year extension at \$8 per ft2; a second 7 year extension at \$9.50 per ft 2; a third 7 year extension at \$11.50 per ft.2. All at Wal-Mart’s choice (i.e. it’s Wal-Mart’s option). Wal-Mart pays all operating expenses, utilities, property taxes, and capital expenditures undertaken during all lease renewal periods. You know the market and feel that the location is good, and that the warehouse market is in good supply/demand balance. Vacancy rates are 4% - 5% in quality facilities, while net rents in the market are running about \$7.50 - \$8 PSF (i.e. a slight premium to the Wal-Mart lease). You have recently seen comparable sales that have traded in the range of \$160 - \$200 PSF. You also know that implied discount rates are currently at about a 3% premium to implied cap rates and capital costs are running at \$0.50 PSF per annum. You know from your Real Estate Finance & Investments classes that you can value a building using a direct capitalization approach, a comps analysis and a DCF analysis. You also have a handy template that you’ve been using for these analyses which you will need to complete in order to come to a view on value. It’s decision time…would you agree to pay the \$165 million that Wal-Mart is asking? Why or why not?

identified a rise in contacting STIs (sexually transmitted infections) among young adults and are interested in understanding why. The researchers measured several variables related to condom use including: likelihood of using condoms in the future, previous use of condoms, perceived ability for self-control in sexual relationships, and perceived risk for contracting STIs. Method This study is looking to understand why there has been a rise in sexually transmitted infections. Participants were asked to answer 4 different questions and the results were analyzed. Participants: Participants include 100 men and women ages ranging from 18-38. The mean age in this experiment is 24 years old and there is an equal amount of men and women. Name of Independent Variable(s): Provide a description of all independent (or grouping) variables, including their levels. Each variable should be described separately and the name of each new variable should be indented and underlined. Name of Dependent Variable: Provide a description of the dependent variable, including how it was operationalized. Following the description of all your variables you should clearly state (in a sentence) the research question you intend to investigate. Next, you should say something along the lines of, “This research has the following hypotheses: Ha: State the alternate hypothesis in BOTH conceptual and statistical form. H0: State the null hypothesis in BOTH conceptual and statistical form Also I need to know what analysis to complete in spss

or comparing groups in observational and randomized controlled studies, examine Michelle Bachman’s claim about vaccines linked in the video segment: “There's a woman who came up crying to me tonight after the debate. She said her daughter was given that vaccine (HPV). She told me her daughter suffered mental retardation as a result of that vaccine. There are very dangerous consequences. It's not good enough to take, quote, 'a mulligan' where you want a do-over, not when you have little children's lives at risk. She told me that her little daughter took that vaccine, that injection, and she suffered from mental retardation thereafter. It can have very dangerous side effects. The mother was crying what she came up to me last night. I didn't know who she was before the debate. This is a very real concern and people have to draw their own conclusions." Why is this argument a good candidate for a questionable cause fallacy? What is Bachman’s premise? What is her conclusion? Answer here. Premise: ?? Conclusion: ??
