The Annotated Bibliography requires you to summarize at least three peer-reviewed scholarly sources you will cite in the Policy Brief. This assignment is designed to get you thinking about your topic in a way that clearly anticipates the writing you will do for the Policy Brief. I am curious, when you say banned, so you mean not even on school property, or just not allowed to be used during school hours? My 13 year old son takes his cell phone to school in his back pack, but we have talked to him about when he can use it.
